Role Description

The ideal candidate will be part of the Technical Office’s design process for industrial electrical systems, LV distribution panels, motor control panels (MCC – Fixed Drawers), and automation systems, in collaboration with the Technical Office Manager and the designers.

Main tasks

The candidate will be responsible for

• Electrical design of low-voltage systems and panels
• Electrical CAD drawing, preparation of bills of materials
• Project management, electrical engineering, and preparation of technical project documentation
• Routine technical office activities according to the instructions received from their manager
• On-site visits to plants, customers, suppliers, and as necessary to verify and coordinate activities related to their role
• Any other tasks required to achieve departmental and/or company objectives

Requirements

• Electrical engineer or electrical technician with experience in production environments in the specific sector of electrical systems and industrial automation
• Proven and direct knowledge of MV/LV industrial electrical design.
• At least three years’ experience in the role applied for
• Proficiency in English.

Availability for travel both in Italy and abroad for any necessary site inspections is required.

Role Description

The ideal candidate will be part of the Technical Office, working in the quotation process for industrial electrical systems, LV distribution panels, motor control panels (MCC – Fixed Drawers), and automation systems, in collaboration with the Technical Office Manager and the designers.

Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will work with the Sales Manager to analyze requests for quotations, technically analyze the scope of work, and liaise with customers for the appropriate technical verifications. The candidate will be responsible for technically developing the quotation and interacting with the Purchasing and Quotation Office to develop the quotation financially.

Analytical skills are required to propose solutions to optimize the quotation process and achieve the established technical/commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Aptitude for a role in a production environment in the specific sector of electrical systems and industrial automation.
• Knowledge of the MV/LV industrial electrical design process.
• Degree in Engineering or technical diploma.
• Knowledge of the English language.

Main tasks

• Accounting: Recording domestic and foreign purchase invoices; managing and sending self-invoicing and supplementary invoices to the SDI
• Accounting: Verifying contractual documents and issuing electronic sales invoices with transmission to the SDI;
• Calculating periodic VAT payments
  Managing declarations of intent for VAT exemption
• Accounting: Recording daily bank transactions, including credit cards, and reconciliation.
• Entering financial statement data into ordinary accounting: accruals, deferrals, payroll entries, and general year-end adjustments; maintaining fixed asset and related depreciation records.
• Management of the relationship with the tax advisor for annual financial reporting
• Treasury management: lines of credit for financing (invoice advances and receivables withdrawn from payment, various credit lines), management of the receivables and payables schedule and accounting records (including mortgages and leasing, management and payment of withholding taxes, various expense reports, etc.), planning and management of cash flow forecasts and variance analysis, cash management
• Relationships with banks: management of credit lines, use of home banking (various payments: payable direct debits, bank transfers, F24 forms, Cbill, utility top-ups. Issuance of payable direct debits withdrawn from payment and invoice advances), customer sureties
• Management of periodic payments to employee insurance funds and data entry on various portals; form OT24 INAIL premium reduction
• Contract management
• Completion and submission of mandatory periodic questionnaires (ISTAT, partial compilation of ISA data)
• Management of relationships with insurance companies for claims, policy renewals, and changes
• Support for debt collection activities

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Economics
• 4/5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in companies
• General accounting and financial statement skills (active and passive cycle; costs and revenues; ordinary accounting entries and related year-end adjustments; etc.)
• IT skills
• Organizational and activity planning skills
